Operating 24/7, RETO MOTO was collecting vast amounts of data but had few opportunities to analyze it beyond operational needs, resulting in high lapse and churn rates and relatively low in-game monetization. The objective was to identify and consolidate all relevant data, generate actionable marketing insights, and define a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that would include recommendations for creating greater player value through targeted communications and proactive monetization opportunities.
