Playcrowd
The challenge was to increase general awareness of PlayCrowd, boost overall downloads, and grow the number of weekly app installs. The goal focused on driving downloads while improving retention and reducing churn, as well as optimizing cost-per-install (CPI) for paid ads and leveraging influencer marketing to generate content around the game. To achieve this, the approach centered on two main pillars—paid ad campaigns and influencer partnerships—supported by a detailed marketing strategy and timeline to map out and execute the overall campaign.
