Papa's Quiz

PARTY GAME FOR QUIZ LOVERS

The main challenge was promoting a game in a busy market. Since it isn't a new release, we can't use an exciting launch as its marketing angle. With staggered release dates for the game on different consoles, an astute marketing strategy to maintain interest in the game across all platforms is required. GOAL Create awareness of Papa’s Quiz with the press, influencers and the wider gaming community. Also, to oversee the successful launch of Papa’s Quiz on various platforms. APPROACH Create a marketing plan that focuses on social media management, establishing relationships with influencers and conducting influencer outreach and also running paid media campaigns.

TURNS OUT QUIZZES CAN POP OFF

Phase 1 focused on building visibility for Papa’s Quiz through social media, influencer outreach, and paid advertising. We helped Old Apes grow their presence across Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit while creating engaging content designed to spark conversations and build momentum. Alongside this, we launched influencer outreach campaigns to get creators talking about the game and support its growing community. Paid social campaigns were then carefully targeted by audience interest, age, and location to maximise reach and help Papa’s Quiz stand out in a crowded market.

STREAMERS HAS ENTERED THE LOBBY

Phase 2 focused on building stronger creator relationships and expanding the momentum around Papa’s Quiz. We worked closely with influencers, including a Twitch creator with over 737k followers, developing custom in-game content and character assets tailored specifically for his community. As creator engagement grew, gameplay videos, livestreams, and reviews began spreading across Twitch and YouTube, creating a healthy cycle between the game and its growing audience. Alongside this, continued outreach, social sharing, review site coverage, and paid media optimisation helped drive stronger engagement and increased sales for Papa’s Quiz.

SERVING UP RESULTS

The execution of The Game Marketers’ marketing strategy was a great success. Our influencer outreach campaign saw lots of great and engaging content being created on Papa’s Quiz, with many streamers now regularly playing the game and creating engaging content for their fans. We have increased Old Apes following on social media and have been diligent with the upkeep of their accounts, keeping consistent brand messaging and staying up to date with promotions and updates within the game. The paid media campaigns were a success and helped to drive sales figures, achieved by analysing data and marketing the game to the right players.
